At DurPoka, customer satisfaction is important to us.

Returns

You may request a return if:

  • You received the wrong product.
  • The product arrived damaged.
  • The product is defective upon delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • The product must be unused.
  • The product must remain in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase is required.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns are generally not accepted for:

  • Opened or used pest control products
  • Products damaged due to improper handling
  • Items without original packaging
  • Clearance or promotional items (unless defective)

 

Because many pest control products involve health and safety considerations, opened products cannot be resold.

Refunds

Once the returned product is inspected and approved, refunds will be processed using the original payment method where applicable.

Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Exchanges

If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, we will replace it whenever possible.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to our error (wrong, damaged, or defective product), we will bear the return shipping cost.

For all other approved returns, customers may be responsible for return shipping charges.
